New Years in Reykjavik

url
While watching a concert on T.V. this past weekend, my wife and I decided that it would be interesting to visit the city of Reykjavik at some point in our lives.  It is not a typical destination for us as we usually try to escape to warmer climates during the winter and would most likely become depressed from the lack of sunlight.  The culture and city do seem very interesting and worth a visit.   There would be no better time to visit Reykjavik than New Years Eve.  As you can see from the photos, the place does it right.   While you are there you can check out some of the modern architecture.  There is still time to book your flight.
