Eames Chair Refreshed
I just stumbled across this wonderful version of a classic Eames chair from UK design firm ILoveDust. It’s pretty hard to improve on the incredible design work from one of the most dynamic modern design teams in American history (Charles and Ray Eames), but IloveDust has certainly given the chair an interesting and unique spin. By silkscreen a design made up of words and visuals with a mid-century modern flair onto the chair, they’ve taken a classic pieces of modern furniture pop culture ,and made it into a modern piece of art. I know I’d love to get my hands on one of these chairs if they made it into production.
